Desired Qualifications:
- At least a Vocational School graduate,
- At least 2 years of experience in the retail sector, especially in evening dresses and wedding dresses sales,
- Able to adapt to intense work tempo and flexible working hours,
- Competent in customer experience management in the luxury segment in line with high customer expectations,
- Must be detail-oriented, have an analytical mindset and have well-developed visual presentation skills.
- Having advanced communication skills,
- Compatible with the company culture and able to reflect the brand image and elegance in the best way,
- Customer satisfaction oriented, able to produce solutions, able to take initiative,
- Preferably with knowledge of English,
- For male candidates, they must have completed their military service,
- Residing in Istanbul.
Job Description:
- To conduct strategic management and planning to increase the store's commercial performance, sales targets and profitability; to provide a superior customer experience, especially in evening dress and wedding dress sales.
- By analyzing the customer segment, providing personalized service in the evening dress and wedding dress category; training and developing the team in this direction,
- To effectively carry out financial management processes within the store budget, and to be careful in stock and sales management of high-value products in particular.
- To create a team with a high level of knowledge in evening dress and wedding dress product groups by supporting employee development,
- To ensure that the in-store order complies with visual presentation standards; to ensure that evening dress and wedding dress collections are exhibited in the best possible way,
- To manage all operational processes and official paperwork systematically and completely in line with company policies,
- Complete periodic reports accurately and on time, and regularly report the store's performance to senior management.
